MyChelle’s founder on what makes her company tick and what's in the works for ‘08, beyond
Efficacious products are a passion for MyChelle Dermaceuticals founder and owner Myra Michelle Eby. With many vitamin C products, for instance, a slight amount is put in for label garnish, but “at least 10% vitamin C is required to assist the production of collagen,” Eby said during an interview with NBJ. While many C serums only have 3% to 5% vitamin C, MyChelle Dermaceutical’s Vitamin C serum contains 17%, she said.
Founded in 2000, MyChelle Dermaceuticals is a company founded on the idea of providing clean, non-toxic yet powerfully therapeutic skin care. The name MyChelle comes from a combination of Eby’s first and middle names, with the “Chelle” also referring to the skin as a shell.
